Payment

A non refundable booking deposit of €100 is required to reserve accommodation. Electricity is charged at €5 per day outstanding balance will be due within 6 weeks of the Arrival date. A refundable security deposit of €100 is payable on confirmation of booking.

Cancellation

Prior to 29 days 33% booking deposit withheld.
8 to 29 days 75% of total cost.
Less then 8 days 100%.

Check In Check Out Times

Apartments are available for occupation between 4pm and 6pm and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Alternative arrangements can only be facilated strictly by prior arrangement with management. Failure to notify on site supervisor of late arrival may result in loss of reservation. No refund is made if client is requested to leave or leaves of his own accord before expiration of his booking. Keys available at reception.

Damages or Breakages

The apartment is to be left as it is found. A refundable deposit of €100 to be paid with payment of booking. Where property is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, the security deposit will not be refunded and any additional replacement, repair, loss or cleaning costs debited to the client. In the event that the supervisor is unable to check the apartment at the clients departure the security deposit will be forwarded within 7 days.

Pets

Pets shall not be permitted within Carleton Wharf with the exception of guide dogs.

Access to Apartment

Management reserve the right to visit the apartment at any time.

Disturbance

Noise levels at all times especially after dark to be kept to a reasonable level as a matter of courtesy and avoid disturbance to others. Rental of the property may be terminated with no refund at the discretion of the management if occupier behaves in a disruptive manner, causes damage to the property, causes a disturbance or any other circumstances unacceptable to the management.

Maxium Number of Occupants

The total number of people stated on the booking form must not be exceeded, excess of this number may result in loss of reservation.

Refusal of Booking

Management reserve the right to refuse a booking or cancel a booking for any reason and at any stage of such booking and to terminate the rental for any breach of the above detailed terms and conditions. The erection of clothes lines are not permitted.

Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint, this must be made to the supervisor immediately and if not rectified details must be forwarded to the company within 7 days.

Liability

It is the express condition of this booking that the Management is relived of all liability for any accident loss or damages which may be sustained by the patrons or their property, whether such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the management or its servants agents or otherwise, within Carleton Wharf accommodation, leisure facilities or during organised activities or on otherwise within the confines of Carleton Village.
